Credit, Eviction, Criminal

A residential credit report will be executed for all applicants (this differs from a traditional FICO credit report). For specifics regarding Evernest’s credit scoring criteria, click here. (Conditional approvals will result in a higher security deposit if approved.)

  • Open bankruptcies, outstanding rental debt, and evictions within the last 7 years will result in application denial.
  • Criminal reports are reviewed based on offense type, severity, and time elapsed since the offense occurred.

  • Link their bank/payroll account to the application software
  • Submit paystubs, bank statements, or benefit letters
  • Provide signed offer letters or employer details for future employment
